My rhyme

Kittens in mittens, frogs in dogs, how many rhymes can you think of? I know two, how about you! Peter Tim’s and savoury pies go together like sun day ties, teacups and tigers are like guns and fighters with a savoury pie in one hand.

Today I made a rhyme and this week we have been learning about nursery rhymes. This is my rhyme that I made. I think it is a good rhyme and lots of effort to make this. Do you think you can make a rhyme like this?

The Matakite and the Mokai.

This term the year 5’s and 6’s did something called “The Matakite and the Mokai.” This is some of the work I did. I did Sentence Bilder, The Mana flow Chart, Visual Vocabulary Map and Eyes on Text.

All about Gibbons

This term (term 3) the year 5’s and 6’s did novel studey. I’m a year 5 so we did kensukes kingdom and one of the chapter was called “Gibbons and ghost.”

We had to create a file thing gibbons or oranutans and I chose gibbons. I thought it was a bit boring and funny.

Did you know that gibbons eat leaves, flowers, fruit, insects and small animals. I thought was cool and stnuge. I also found out that gibbon have a pouch that can make a strunge sound and that is cool.

Do you think gibbons are cool?
